@grammyn It is almost over next door, Katy. Wednesday our neighbors sister had her time in court with her Attorney, a couple of neighbors, video, photos (I had taken) and the parents Will that named her executor and said specific things. He showed up obviously high on drugs and acting out and the judge ruled that he is evicted and so are all that live there and gave them 6 days to get out. If they do not leave in 6 days the police will take them out. He is upset, has the stereo super loud in the car coming and going. There is also a small U Haul truck that arrived today parked by the back gate. Hoping this ends peacefully so the house can be cleaned up, painted and sold. He will get what is left of his 1/2 of the sale of the house after repairs and other expenses are paid and she will get 1/2 the sale of the house.
@grammyn It seemed like an eternity, Katy. They drove away a little while ago with no stereo playing in the car. I hope they take care of the house and not leave a mess for his sister. We, the neighbors can breath and move forward soon. So true, life interrupts all the time. I hope you are doing well. Take care.
