Derby Girls - After the Bout

Roller Derby...one of the things I really appreciate about Derby, even as an on-looker, is the sense of community. This is a shot of the two teams that had just finished a bout laughing with each other, hugging, and mugging for a photographer. I don't know of too many other sports where the opposing teams show such warmth or respect to each other.

@granagringa We know a tiny, petite, little blonde who is absolutely passionate about it!! Have only seen a few minutes of it but I couldn't believe that this was the sport our friend played! She loves it.
