@robz So glad you mentioned the "glow from below"...that's because I had put the light below the pearls and taken through glass.

@robz by the way, a little belatedly, but on this shot with the light coming from below, I used a box covered with aluminum/tin foil as a reflector to get the glow on top....just thought I'd let you know.

@granagringa Thanks for the hint - that's such a good idea - and easy to do. And the effect really is nice. I can see why people have their own little studio at home - there is so much stuff you can use to get interesting effects. Thanks again! Cheers
