Kayakers on the Willamette River. This was taken from an old railroad bridge that has been converted to a pedestrian crossing. And better on black.
I've lost my little pocket point & shoot so am now using the camera in my very cheap android phone when I'm just out and about. Not too bad. I've been trying to figure out whether I should get a better point & shoot but think I'll probably lose it so am hesitating..
sometimes the phone does a better job! although I wouldn't be without my compact. Losing it would be like losing a limb. Great to have the overhead shot here of the kayakers spread out across the river.
