Ice Cubes - high key

Title describes it...I had these on a piece of glass that was suspended above a white poster board. Same poster board for background. Bright sunlight through window for lighting. And removal of color cast in post.\
I thought that by using distilled water the cubes would be clearer. Ah well...
Any suggestions for shooting ice cubes???
