I like the diagonal line with the reflections on one side and the flash of red on the other. I followed your advice and had a look at it cropped back a little. To my eye the clasp, pointy bit of leather and little side slither of background on the right looked better gone? (Covered them with a ruler LOL) They seemed to offer distractions from the main story.???... :)
@robz brilliant ...much better with your crop...I didn't even think of it...I really need to start using that ruler around all the edges all of thev time!!!! So glad you suggested it!
@granagringa I'm glad you like it still - the ruler was an accidental find - but it seems to be a goodun!! There is something funny happening - I can see the cropped version in your smaller images - but the larger one still looks like the old version. I'll close 365 down and open again and see if it refreshes the image.

I find the red on the leather distracting from this elegant shot , too contrived in my opinion (but that is only my opinion).
i prefer this as landscape crops tend to have more impact when displayed on a computer, leather and pearls with a hint of red makes quite a statement and implied tease
@farmreporter Your opinion is very valuable to me...I think it's worked better without saturation...the red is far too bright...thank you...keeps my eyes on their toes, as it were....And thanks for pointing out what worked too...always good to have that balance!
