We came across this old barn sitting all by itself on some private property, down a cattle road in Wyoming. Parked and walked close enough for me to get this shot. I was scared to get closer for fear of getting in trouble on private land. I love the old wood, green farm land and clouds in the distance.
Sorry, I reposted this again as I didn't realize how dark it came across in the picture. I apologize as it now doesn't show your nice comments. It was to good of a picture for me not to show it at it's best.
It's too bad that one can't still edit the the picture once it's uploaded..you can change your wording or change the date on the upload or move it over to one of your other albums is you have an ace account though. I like the wooden barn in the meadow
@bruni I know, it looked great in my i-photo library, but when it showed up on 365 it was to dark to show the wood detail. You should be able to edit the photo, when you edit other things. Thanks, I like the wooden barn also.
@buttercup@ellimae Thanks Ellen & Mary for making it a Fav and your nice comments. I love old barns also. @webfoot@alia_801@peterdegraaff Also thanks to Paul, Alia and Peter, makes you want to see what's inside. @kittikat@lyoungs1023 Also, Thanks to Kitti and Elizabeth, I'm glad Kitti that you liked the texture and you both enjoyed this really old barn. I would like to know how old it really is?
A beautiful shot, Linda. Love old barns, like lots of other 365ers, and this is a great shot, beautifully composed, and that cloud-covered mountain in the distance makes it special.
@girlie@acousticlover Thanks Robin, for all the compliments, I love old things also. Caught this in the middle of no-where. It was definitely falling apart, or at least the outhouse was, barn wasn't to bad. I'm glad that you liked it Anya, also.
