My granddaughter, Miranda, in competition on the balance beam. I love the form, if I could have deleted the judges and just focused on her, but I guess they are part of what's going on. She did place in regionals. I get scared just watching.
@kittikat Thanks, yes I am. She was trying so hard for her team. I am so blessed to have 7 grandchildren. The only ones that don't want their pictures on here are my 24 yr. old twins. Not sure why, they are really picky about who see's their pictures and I've got so many good ones of them.
some cultures believe that the soul is captured in a photograph - I just think that portraits are deeply intimate and personal - at least they let you take their photos!
@kittikat Kitty, your right, that's how they feel, the twins that is. They feel that the pictures that I take of them are personal and they don't want them shared with people they don't know. Unlike their brother, Kyle, who I just spoke with who is 20. He was the one in the memorial day photo, reflecting on the reflection pool with all the names on it. He doesn't care at all, he's way more laid back. I agree, your soul is captured in a photo and that's what I see in Connor's photo's of his face. It reflects all that he's been through, the good and the bad in his short 17 yrs. of life.
@gerry Off and on a little better. My mouth inside still feels burnt and I can't figure it out. The results of the shingles causing my immune system to be down. Thanks for asking, that's why I haven't been on here, felt to bad till today.
@granny7 glad your getting better sure but slowly, A freind of mine came back to work on Friday after getting Shingles he had It for two weeks he had It In his right leg. Gerry.
