Iceberg Lake

Panorama of one of my favorite lakes in Glacier National Park, Montana. While the lake is a great destination, the hike to get there is even better!
Love it so dreamy, FAV

Actually, same question as on your other photo. I noticed this one was with your Canon, so was this created from two landscape images or from portrait orientation and then cropped? I've been trying to figure out how to create panoramas that (a) aren't long and skinny and (b) minimize distortion.

@taffy Again, you got it! It is 5 images taken in portrait, then stitched together in Lightroom. I believe I was at 16mm, so I checked "Enable Profile Corrections" under the "Lens Corrections > Profile menu on the right, which "flattened" out the images prior to stitching. :)

@grizzlysghost Thanks - helpful. One error I've made, I can see, is not doing the profile correction before the stitching. I've tried after and not been happy with how they came out. So I'd shifted away from wide angle to avoid distortion, but that really limits the scope of the pano. So, thanks again!
