Although I resent you making them conform to the gender binary, I shall give this a fave, nonetheless.

I know some people disapprove, but they look pretty contented to me! Torture for a cat is not having a home....

Socks appears to be plotting your death

Hysterical! How in the world did you get them to stay. You glued them down, didn't you? I told you Gary, I'm calling the ASPCA on you!!

I love the little paw on Socks. He loves her!

Adorable. You are such a good photographer.

How do you do that? 2 cats and they don't move, had the perfect look? wow this is cute and very impressive and deserves a fav (I try to find excuses to fav all your cats pics Gary!). So do they really become to be friends now?
posted May 23rd, 2012
Amazing how you get them to pose! Great kitties and super shot!
posted May 23rd, 2012
Can't believe they stayed still! Awesome pic! They're adorably tortured.
posted May 23rd, 2012
Very cute. They look a little less than thrilled about the idea. I am inspired to see you still going strong. My first attempt at a 365 was with my cats, I made it 48 or so. I still continue to struggle with the bottle shots but have come much further this time adding photo159 today.

They dont look impressed :)
posted May 23rd, 2012
Not sure how you bribed them for this one, but their expressions are priceless. You definitely owe them big time!!
posted May 23rd, 2012
Aww - too cute! I bet two seconds after you finished, they were rolling around, chewing off the ribbons and getting tangled up!
posted May 23rd, 2012
oh fabulous, bet this took a while to capture !
posted May 23rd, 2012
Our cat would have shredded not only the ribbons.
posted May 24th, 2012
So wrong, but so right. How cute, look at them looking up at you with those big kitty eyes!
posted May 24th, 2012
Haha! All it needs now is a basket & a rainbow.
posted May 24th, 2012
Aw how gorgeous. I don't think they mind, much...
posted May 24th, 2012
I think Socks looks a bit indignant............!!
posted May 24th, 2012
This was actually one of the more difficult portraits I've taken of them. Socks simply did not want to sit still because she knew what was happening. Max didn't seem to care though, he just wanted to play with the toy I was using to tease-slash-control them.

Truth be told, I had a lot of help for this one. Rayana spent about ten minutes chasing Socks around while I rolled around on the floor laughing, and taking test shots of Max. It was certainly fun. I just wish I had them looking more at the camera than above it :]

Hahahaha!!!! Sounds like a lot of work and thought is put into your photographs of them. ;-) I love them all!
posted May 24th, 2012
This is the look...oh yes, I have seen it. After Hurricane Irene, we had no power for 5.5 days. During that time, I went insane and had my cats take turns acting out Little Bunny Foo Foo and other such songs. They LOVED it, really they did. Great snap. Rayana sounds like a very patient assistant. :-)
posted May 24th, 2012
oh my this is just too cute!! They seriously don't look impressed...it is that we are only doing this to indulge your little photography thingy look :)
posted May 24th, 2012
Man, I could fave all your cat photos... They're so charismatic! What did you tempt them with in this one? They look quite focused on something...
posted May 24th, 2012
awww (I literally said that out loud) this is adorable!! my cats would never let me do this!!
posted May 25th, 2012
I say it is ADORABLE, and kudos to you for getting not one but TWO cats to sit still for it. I am amazed!
