5.37 pm: I've been feeling washed-out all day. At the end of the afternoon I realised I hadn't taken any pictures yet. I took this shot of the poster on the wall of our living room. Our lamps and windows are reflected in it which gives it a rather odd look.
I dislike shooting inside of my house as I never seem to get my camera settings right. Our living room is quite dark, especially in winter, which complicates things. Whenever I use the flash the lighting looks downright awful, whenever I don't the shot turns out dull, grainy or out of focus.

@shantwin@jeancarl Yes, lighting is so difficult, especially inside. I think I need to get a flash that can be pointed at the ceiling or wall, away from the subject. I am planning on buying my first DSLR and I might get an external flash at the same time.
