11.29 am: Another trip to hospital today (I'm fine and hopefully this was my last visit this year). After my appointment I visited the hospital's art gallery for a brief moment to see a piece of art that's recently been added to the collection.
This bunch of flowers by Linda Nieuwstad is made of blankets, felt, plastic and wool and is about 4 meters (13 ft) high! It looks quite spectacular in its surroundings. It was impossible to get all of it in one shot - I really want a wide-angle lens!
@smallenburg@caatjeg Ja, erg vrolijk! Er is daar een hele tentoonstelling rondom het thema bloemen, omdat die zo vaak worden meegenomen op ziekenhuisbezoek.
