Burcht

3.05 pm: I played tourist in my own town today by visiting De Burcht, a medieval fortification built on a motte that dates from the eleventh century. The promenade around the ramparts (pictured) offers an excellent view of Leiden. In the background the gothic Hooglandse Kerk can be seen.

@geertje het was vanmiddag al flink bewolkt hier (vanochtend zon, nu regen). Door de belichting en bewerking lijkt de lucht op de foto witter dan hij in werkelijkheid was.
