Long exposure by halkia

Long exposure

8.25 pm: Didn't take any photos tonight so had to rush out after dinner to get my daily shot. I experimented a bit with long exposure, something I've been talking about for ages but never get around to doing. I don't own a tripod (and don't want to carry one around anyway) which slightly complicates matters. All my photos turned out a bit (or quite) blurry, this was by far the best of the bunch. I definitely want to improve on this and feel a new obsession coming on...

lovely photo Judith. Don't always need a tripod, most of mine from the past week in London on my walks home have been rested on walls etc. Ive just also bought myself a gorilla pod, fantastic thing

Great shot. What setting(s) did you use. Like you I do not have a tripod and lights at night get blurry and take on a life of their own.

Nice mood shot. You should get those handy mini tripods, it works great with leica and my X100. It should word well with your G12.
