3.52 pm: My country celebrated Queen's Day and Liberation Day last week. Both are nationalistic holidays and the colours orange (our national colour) and red, white and blue (our flag) can be seen everywhere during this time.
Remnants of the festivities can still be found around town, like these flags in the nearby Doezastraat.
