It's a baby larkspur

This tiny fellow growing in a toiletpaper roll is a larkspur. I tried growing some from seeds and there seem to be seven strong ones now. They will be a nice addition to my garden.

@nanalisarocks, toilet paper rolls are actually very handy at this: they're free and they decompose so you can stick the whole roll in the ground!
