Managed to put these four photos in a collage , it's the first time I have tried so quite pleased with it. The top left & right pictures are of a little shopping area called Craven Court, there are lots of little individual shops selling all sorts of arty stuff. Harry bought a small green rucksack in the sale here to put his bottle of milk & morning paper in when he walks his 3 miles in the morning..it beats a plastic carrier bag !! The bottom left hand one is of Skipton Castle & the right bottom of the Parish church & Castle pub next door.
@happypat I was thinking about trying to shoot the two of them for an update. briefly, she's doing pretty well and Tony is starting to SLOWLY come around. He is still punishing me I'm pretty sure. But I'm in love w/her so I'll do what needs to be done and get by on whatever sleep she allows me at the moment (which isn't enough). Thanks for being so supportive always!
@stepheesue It won't be long before you wont be able to separate them ! My sister has a 14 week old black Labrador & it' running them ragged !! So worth it in the end though & just like having another baby !
I love the stone in Skipton - so pretty. And I'm wondering why we only ever really stopped long enough to go to the pie shop - to and from taking my sister to Leeds University. Lovely collage.
This is a wonderful collage Pat. Each of the photos worthy of a day on their own. We have a place called Skipton about and hour and a half from where I live, but it's nothing compared to this gem. I love that Skipton castle. Would love to see and hear a little bit more about that.
@lornavale No Barbara never tried Picasso although they favoured that at the class I went to ,must try ! This is just done with basic Picnic. Pretty much all of my pictures are just SOCC.
great series of shots - I've only driven through Skipton but it has always looked a lovely place to stop...I've normally been in a hurry though! ONE DAY! these could be on a tourist guide leaflet!
