Home time. by happypat

Home time.

The end of a long night shopping at the Trafford centre Manchester. We did very well though & I bought Lydia's present from the dark dungeon known as Hollister but must admit some really nice stuff for teenagers, I think I was born too soon !! Lydia also had her eyebrows threaded for the first time, an amazing skill which I have never seen done before !!
I have tried to catch up with comments this afternoon but only did a couple & the electric went off so I am still behind !!!
Lovely shot :)

Threaded eyelashes? Not sure I know what that means. I must be a dork.

@digitalrn I'm not surprised Rick it's not something many men will know of !!! I's an method of shaping the eyebrows with a very clever movement of thread...amazing to watch !!!

Cool night shot Pat! Good on you for braving Hollister! Did the threading hurt? I've never had my eyebrows done but it gives a good effect! What's up with your power - the wind??

great night shot - I've never heard of eyebrow threading...must go and Google!! (am I that in the dark ages??LOL) good for you on the shopping feat!

AH right - now I know - well I've never had them plucked, shaved or removed in any other way - probably why I didn't know what it is!!

@judithg I have never had mine threaded either although I do have to tweezer them. Threading was amazing & she did it so quickly just rolling the tread between her fingers catching the hairs as she went. Lydia was quite red when she had finished but it gave her a real neat outline of her brows after. It cost £13. Our electric does go off quite often they said damage to the power line.

@sparkle I have really strong eyebrows & they grow long so not a good look so do attend to mine but i have never had mine threaded either although I did know what it was.

Love the yellow light in this! Haven't seen threading in Australia, but know of it because it's what they doit in Pakistan - creates a really nice brow. Sounds like you are organised for Chrissy!
