I haven't moved out of the house today, it has been so cold ,windy & wet so I'm using one of the photos I took on my walk yesterday. Quite liked this line of hedge, I saw it slightly raised up as I was crossing a field & thought the sky showing through looked rather good. This is virtually SOOC, I have just cropped it slightly & framed it.
Have spent the afternoon sitting by the fire watching a recording of Downton Abbey and the ending was perfect !
Awesome view, Pat. I think that the whole linear effect is gorgeous. Great sky and clouds. It FEELS cold and chilly! You had the perfect lighting to get this one . . and the great silhouettes.
@karenann Thanks Karen, I looked at it after I had uploaded & thought , a pretty boring photo really after I look at other peoples but it does fascinate me a bit !! Am way behind commenting but will get at it later when the heating comes on in the office !!!!

@sparkle@happypat Did you cheer at the end? I did! Love this hedge Pat - neat and perfectly formed. I saved a shot from yesterday and then got one today so I've posted both - but the weather's so foul I'm thinking I should have saved it till tomorrow!!
Gorgeous Pat - love the straight line of the hedge and that stormy looking sky. sounds a bit chilly over there. We're in for a hot for days - hottest new year's eve for the past 100 years.
