Booths was very busy today & I can't believe the cupboards are empty already ! You would have thought the shops were going to be shut for a week last Friday & Saturday & here we are 5 days on & more fridges to be filled , they were big trolley loads too !
Horrible wet day so a quick dash in to get some hash browns for B&B breakfasts.
When I spent a fortune last week I thought well at least that'll be that for a while - and then I went and did the same yesterday - lots of friends to feed at New Year but they're worth it!!
You know what I love about this photo? The wet and reflective bricks on the walkway. I know . . I'm different. But I think that rainy weather makes some lovely pictures. Great pov too, Pat. :)
love the wet ground, it makes for glass like reflections ...i think this is the first time we've seen Booth's from such a wide angle...we now see it in context :)

@phil_howcroft Yes I think this is the first time I have shown this part of Booths from the square. Before it was built this used to be the car park so this part of town has changed massively !!

Nice capture of everyday life. Yes here I NOTICE PEOPLE CAN LIVE WITHOUT DHOPS FOR MORE THAN A DAY. I only get to shop once a fortnight. you learn to make do the rest of the time.
