We plough the fields & scatter. by happypat

We plough the fields & scatter.

Busy ploughing the fields which have had maize on today.
The seagulls were having a wonderful time.

Three good things:
1. I felt well enough for a short walk today...hooray!
2. I am not keen on comedians but David Walliams made me laugh today on Loose Women.
3. Masterchef on TV tonight.
My kinda photo, all that is great about the countryside. Lovely enlarged.

@fannyb Oh you are doing better than me I have a hen man in ! Ha ha ! He looks at the conditions the hens are living in & advises if they are up to Defra spec! Keep your eyes front Fanny & don't burn the toast!

seanoneill Not as nice as your plough one I don't think Sean. Made it b/w because the trees weren't a glorious colour for the back ground as yours were & it was all a little dark too.
November 14th, 2012
@seanoneill Also noticed your soil was much redder than ours , we have quite dark soil on the Fylde coast. Different areas vary so much.
November 14th, 2012
@happypat nonsense, it is just as nice as mine, but different. Not that there is a tractor shot litmus test:) You should see the soil down in Devon. it is so red I'm sure they put food colouring in it. Loved reading your interchange with @fannyb about the merits of your paying guests. It's like a French and Saunders sketch!!!

@seanoneill Oh Sean, Fanny & I could write a book I'm sure !!!!
November 14th, 2012
Ha ha bad luck!!! hey ho lucky me then:)) Yes, Sean but you should see what I write when I have to vent my fury!!
November 14th, 2012
@fannyb then I hope I never cross you...

Looks a bit cold and wintry, Pat. I've been reading my mothers journey and she stayed at the a Park Hotel in Preston!
November 14th, 2012
@maggiemae I just so happened to have a photo of the former Park Hotel maggie taken on a recent walk. I have posted in a gap in my extras. Small world hey!!!!!

Love this look at life on the farm! Sets a wintry feel with the bare trees and b&w effect.
So glad you were feeling up to getting out and about for a bit today, Pat. Now rest up and enjoy your Masterchef show.
