Nosy cows ran along side the hedge when I was walking along.....lovely to see them outside after their long winter inside.
Farmers are always glad to get the stock out too & finish the endless task of ''mucking out ''& feeding.
One of the high lights of the year is letting the cows out for the first time at the beginning of May & see them run & run with their legs in the air! Some of the UK stock will have been inside for a very long time, the summer was so wet last year that most animals had to come inside... a very long winter indeed with stocks of feed down too because it was so hard to gather crops inside.
Lets pray for a long hot summer but rain at night....us farmers are never satisfied!!!!!!
Three good things:
1. A very fruitful day in the garden.
2. Fish & Chip night.
3.The Apprentice starts tonight.
@maggiemae No dog ...our dog doesn't do walk about & never leaves home much...sounds cruel but she has been a farm dog so just potters about at home were ever she wants.

i think you've got a bit of a theme here Pat..peeking animals...you had your lone sheep the other day and now some cows....very creative again and very much a photo thinking 'outside the box' (to use a football cliché)
