I discovered that my photo from yesterday was taken in the ART mode on key line option.
I went out with my camera this afternoon ready to reproduce a similar one. It took the photos OK but when I uploaded them through Lightroom it reverted back to an ordinary photo... very disappointing.
I must have done something different yesterday.
This version is done using Lightroom and Snapseed.
I am so thrilled to have two photos on the PP... all thanks to you lovely folk.
Three good things:
1. After about an hour & a half on the phone this morning to AOL I have managed to get the promise of our MAC code which will allow us to switch our broadband provider... getting hold of it was like pulling hen's teeth!
2. Our builder Phil is here to put a new post in for the gate.
3. I talked to both families in NZ this morning.

Maybe you are looking at the raw files on Lightroom. I use Aperture on my Mac and sometimes don't see the filter effects right away because I have set the import details to just show raw. I'm sure that if you fiddle around with your Lightroom settings, you'll find they are there. On Aperture I have so select something like "show both raw and Jpeg separately".
@onewing Funnily enough while I was lying awake in the night I thought I should have put hen party for the title....as soon as I went on my computer I changed the title & then saw your post,....great minds!!
