Walking the dog by happypat

Walking the dog

The sea shore at Cleveleys after we came out of the cinema this afternoon.
The tide was out for a change so there were one or two people walking their dogs.
Out for fish & chips so no commenting til later.

Three good things:
1. A strange sort of film today...August: Osage County with Meryl Streep.
2. If you ever think you have family disagreements it ain't nothing compared with the family in that film...
3. 241 with Orange on a Wednesday.
Great tones - really adds to the feeling of space. I think Poppy would like it there.

Great expanse of sea and sky. Looks like you had a better day than we did. It rained all night and all day long too. My feet are becoming webbed!

We are going to take Monty to the beach for a walk when he's better - such a treat for a dog and a lovely photo. So you are or are not recommending that film?!!

What a lovely beach! There is a suburb of Cape Town called Clovelly. I wonder if it's a sort of aberration?

@judithg No not recommending that film Judith. It only got three stars in the review & I would say that was all it merited. Glad saw it & lots of well known actors in it but a very dysfunctional family that shouted a lot. The country side was interesting though but not the best . Two women walked out half way through...that says it all really...disappointed.

@happypat Shame as it is a stellar cast. I fancy the Cohen Bros folk music one but we may have to talk Adam into it!

Beautiful scene. The person walking her dog really shows off the vast open space in this shot. I just love a beach to myself. Wonderful.
