We visited Kenmare in Southern Ireland today.
It was fair day, the one day in the year when animals such as cows, horses, chickens etc are sold in the street.
Such a great atmosphere, the town was packed & I took so many photos there wasn't enough room on my iPad to download them all.
I had a great chat to a few farmers about the Kerry cow & all farming matters....all looked quite old fashioned in this day & age of modern farming.
An Irish Whiskey in the pub before we retuned to our hotel.
A concert in the hotel tonight.
What a cool horse and of that little one is so cute. love the colorful buildings too. And oh my that guy in blue need either longer or shorter pants. LOL
@jewelsandbinoculars thank you very much for the fave......your marathon commenting is much appreciated...I know how busy you are! As for the typing I am retired sort of , only short bursts of busyness so can spend time typing slowly........I have just a little group of about fifteen I regularly comment on & the others just periodically. Have been lucky enough to have three visit this summer, always an excitement & slightly nerve wracking! All been as I imagined!
