On the Wednesday evening we went out to a Broadway show.
We picked Kinky Boots, we had seen the film years ago & it's a fun story so thought we couldn't go far wrong.
We were not disappointed it was just amazing! The way they worked that scenery & juggled acts so professionally, it just flowed along & we loved every minute.
The music & lyrics were by Cyndi Lauper.
It is coming to London in October I believe....I heartily recommend it.
This is Times Square on our way back to the hotel.
I don't often say this but best on black if you have the time. ..thank you all.
Three good things:
1. No damage outside despite the gale force winds.
2. I have plenty of filler photos for days like this when its not fit to be outside!

Wonderful colour and you were right - even nicer with the black surround! I 'unfollowed' you then 'followed' you right away and you came to the top of my list of friends! Now I don't have to zoom down pages of names to get to your name. This is how I keep in touch with those who post at a different time to mine! fav for this well taken picture!
@maggiemae Well I just wondered why that was...thought you had unfollowed me by mistake which is what I am always doing! Gone to the top of the list that's good ....for now anyway! You will get lots of new followers all the time! I do tend to miss the posts in the middle of the night too!

Kinky Boots was in Charlotte...wanted to fit it in, but it was right around the Christmas holidays and just never made the time. Will definitely get tickets when/if it comes back through.
