Just been out for our supper to Cathy's house.
Lydia had her last exam today so much celebrating that it's all over. Looking forward to a month in NZ next.
Poor Cathy had her purse & iPhone stolen today at her NHS Podiatry clinic. Someone went into her staff room nicked her stuff & got away down the fire escape.
Jack tracked the phones movements for half an hour but had no car available so was helpless. The police were due to change duty roster & had no one available to go & look.
Could have been worse as she hadn't much money & her bank cards weren't in there, just her driving licence & work registration card. She was most upset about her lovely Radley purse being taken.....one of her fortieth birthday presents,

There's something about feeding the hens and ducks that children just love! They all gather round talking loudly and are so expectant! Awful about that theft! Maybe it was the great purse that took their eye! She will have to go round with half a sack, tied with string, do you think?
Cute shot.. Oh what a bugger for Cathy, it is always the small things like the purse that hurt the most, cards etc can be replaced.. I know when Donna's house got broken into it was the little jewellery box that was missed the most ( it was Kylies).. hope they catch some one..
@julzmaioro Thank Julz you are right of course......that box of Kylies would have been such a treasure......if only the thieves knew the heartache they cause!
@maggiemae Well I think she was so angry at herself for not hiding it away...you never think someone is going to do something like that...of course the CTV was not worjpking today!!
What a lovely capture - Fav. I'm sorry to hear about the scoundrels that stole Cathy's purse. It really is despicable. I know when I was nursing we had things stolen from our locker room. What a way to repay people who may have saved your life!

David lost his wallet in the shopping centre last week and there was mad panic for a short while, but luckily somebody handed it in to security with everything still intact. so there are good people out there too.
Awww...I love this. The pov and angle are great. Sorry to hear the bad news about your friends loss of her purse. Not only the loss of things..but it is such a hassle to replace all the important documents and credit cards that are probably compromised.
I love the expression on his face. I used to love feeding my aunts hens. How sad about the theft. I actually had my bag handed in to the Rose garden reception last week after hubby left it by a seat! It's good to know there are some decent people about still.
