A slight dip! by happypat

A slight dip!

This old building in York looks like it could quite easily give way in the middle!
I took this shot of the red sightseeing bus but thought it quite fun in black & white in front of the black & white of Jones the Bookmakers shop.

A colour shot of the whole front of this amazing shot in Extras.

No photo taking today so I have gone back to my York shots.

Three good things :
1. I have done nothing this afternoon preparing for the busy weekend.
2. Seeing Lydia's holiday video on FB from her recent trip to NZ.
3. Victoria plums off our own trees ripening in a dish on the windowsill.
A super capture

Yes I could see a distinct sag. Lets hope it last another 100 years or so. Great shots.

A gorgeous old building which suits b&w. Your plums sound lovely - I just noticed the first blossoms on our tiny Christmas plums this week.

Good thing you don't have to provide dinner for a busy weekend! That would be too much. The house will be alive!

Great shot, it is sagging a bit in the middle, but there again aren't we all, ha ha.

Nice shot with the bus passing through - I like the contrast of the modern, funky writing on the bus and the old building. Having said that I think I prefer the colour shot of the building because I like the red of the brick buildings either side contrasting with the b&w building.

It certainly looks like it's dipping towards the middle. Great shot from the bus.
