The open gate

Beautiful day today although a chilly north wind, not quite warm enough to sit out.

Three good things:
1. Harry & I have had a real good house work day as we have quite a few B&B in this week & things have been a little neglected in the last few weeks.
2. Maltesers out of the fridge.
3. Sewing Bee on TV tonight.
A lovely composition and capture. Fav!! 😃

Sunshine this afternoon but definitely cold winds - not exactly a day to sit out here either ! A beautiful composition and capture -- so welcoming with the open gate ( as long as there are no livestock to escape !!!

Love the greens and the open gate - very inviting. Oh yes I'd forgotten about the sewing bee. I'm out on a Monday night at choir. Better get the TV on quick before Peter comes home!

@julzmaioro Yes Julz, maize planted about ten days ago, the tractor is coming up a bit of a track beside it. They are fencing off the river bank to graze some stick.

Lovely composition Pat. I've just seen your Facebook picture. Very fancy tape you've got there. People would pay for a tattoo like that. Do take care and have plenty of rest.

I love your good things, but why are the Maltesers in the fridge, I suppose they melt in the mouth and not in the hand. Lovely rural scene. Must visit your B & B one day and cause havoc, I'm a great entertainer.

Very inviting composition with the open gate. Love the look of the freshly planted field - nary a stone in it! Wish our fields were as stone free!
