I had to go to Clevelys today chasing up a branch of our bank that was actually open!
Every local HSBC bank in an eight mile radius has closed down!
A lovely hot day so the seaside town was very busy.
Sorry haven't much time to comment tonight!
Three good things:
1. We had a BBQ tonight with friends.
2. So lovely to sit outside until dark with just a shawl round my shoulders.
3. Seeing so many happy faces of the families of friends on FB celebrating good exam results.
Lovely texture on this. Anything goes on the beach these days!!
The bank thing is happening all over. We have no bank here now and the post office is in an all day grocery store which I really don't like!! At least the autobank machine is still active!!
Ooh I do want to be by the seaside !! great scene of the sea -- looks as if Cowboy Joe has been shopping and left his horse at home !
What a lovely evening to have a BBQ with friends -- I have just come indoors after been sitting out in the garden in the dark ( didn't put the outside lights on ) musing and watching the moon drifting in and out of the wispy clouds -- Sad ? no not at all -- most enjoyable !
@sarah19 such a pain Sallie, I have moved my account to Nationwide I was so fed up with them! You ant use the post office either with a business account! Thankfully we don't use it that often!
@beryl It's beautiful isn't it Beryl... So nice to have it quiet too as we have very noisy builders at the moment over the fence, using cutters to cut tiles!

We have a mobile bank that comes to the village twice a week - for half an hour! It's helpful - otherwise it's a 30 mile round trip.
