Looking over the top

The fields are full of these daisy like flowers making a carpet of yellow & white.
I have no idea what their name is & when we were farming they would definitely not be there, not sure cows would like them in their breakfast but they do look pretty.

My apologies for the lack of getting back to your lovely comments over the last few days. I looked back just now & there were 15 notifications I hadn't even seen & lots of conversations I would love to go into more.
Time is short at the moment as I'm really busy working & out & about a bit!
When the winter nights come in & I'm quiet I will be better!

Three good things:
1. Non stick pans.
2. Fried onions.
3. Catch up TV & recorders.
Assume no 1 and 2 are related!!!

@newbank ha ha no relation Ruth. I needed two non stick pans at the samw time this morning. One wanted poached eggs the other scrambled, have you ever tried to do either in an ordinary pan, nightmare! I need another one!

Super pov, a lovely shot

The Daisy does look a bit thick in the pasture but great pov. Non stick are fantastic.. you need some of the Silicon cups to poach eggs in then it does not matter what the pan is like.. perfect poached egg every time.

@julzmaioro Yes I know what you mean & I have used one once but didn't like how perfect they looked, sounds silly that but I like a few rough edges!! I am a dab hand at poaching eggs usually bug they stuck this morning!

@jesperani I've gone from the microwave to the pan Jennifer, had to watch it too closely in the microwave. I over cooked it so many times!

I forget about my tilting screen! Great POV and a very nice look at the field. Your B&B's are too spoilt! I just said eggs was the option (to have or to have not) and I did them the way I felt like! Enjoy the autumn - good to be busy!

@maggiemae The tilting screen saves my legs many a time Maggie! Not happy with our eggs at the moment. We've gone onto a new feed & the yolks have turned really pale, we are on the case though!
