I dropped Harry off at the garage to pick his car up so decided to pop over the Trough of Bowland to try & catch some good photos of the heather.
As I thought I was too late but instead of pink I captured gold instead!
Pretty much SOC apart from a little crop to take the road out.
Three good things:
1. My car passed its MOT.
2. Lots of B&B bookings, almost full up every night for the next three weeks.
3. A perfect fit pair of jeans.

Lovely evening light to get this colour but would also like to see the natural heather colour here! Full B&B sounds like a lot of work - all those breakfasts and changing sheets. You must have tons of energy! My jeans are either too tight round the waist or slip down all the time!
@maggiemae I missed the lovely Heather, it was mostly going brown. I did get some sheep,up there but that will do for tomorrow. Nothing else to do maggie & it's always busy at this time if year & I do like to keep busy. Jeans go up to waist & are a slim fit but not skinny plus they hold me in!
@maggiemae Next jeans Maggie, you won't have them in NZ as its a UK shop. We have a lot of waist high jeans over here now. I never used to like them but recently changed my mind, I normally like ones on the hip.
@thistle I had time to spare before my car MOT Joyce so went into Next & saw some slim leg jeans so tried them on. They're not skinny but have a neater leg which suits me better. They have Enhancer written in large letters inside the waistband. £30 so I was pleased. I never usually buy much in Next but it's in the out of town complex next to Tesco so handy for filling in time, expensive time!
