This portable milking machine is available for all the show cows at the agricultural show.
Interesting difference in size between the Jersey cow & the Holstein one.
Three good things:
1. A very exciting climax at 7pm tonight to the long running saga in the radio programme of The Archers. Will Helen be convicted or not?
2. Our volunteer fire fighter grandson in NZ running up the Sky Tower in Auckland with his colleagues & some USA fire fighters in memory of 9/11.
They wore their full kit & carried heavy equipment.
3. A night in & no B&B!
Thats a huge cow - the Holstein one of course - dear little Jersey cow - bred for milk, I think. Do they judge the quality of milk at the show? I'll have to see if I can get photos of William!
Nice shot. You must be proud of your grandson. I went up the Sky Tower in Auckland in the lift. Can't imagine how difficult it would be climbing the stairs.
