Kinloch by happypat

Kinloch

My first visit tonight to the nearest community to Anthony & Jo.
Just down the road so it's very handy for them to go & have a very pleasant evening on this beach & to be able to swim in Lake Taupo.
Max saw a boy from his class & they had great fun together swimming out to this pontoon.
Max was so brave & was really keen. The other boys mum had a spare life jacket so Max borrowed that & was able to swim out with the other boys.

Finn had his first day on his own at his new Kindy. A big day for him but he was a real trouper.

My only surviving uncle died yesterday just before his 94th birthday this week.
I am so sorry to be missing his funeral.
Max did well to swim out there .. Donna and the girls did a Triathalon there a few years back .. I was the support crew..

Another cute image of the boys. So good that Max is confident in the water. A pity you won't get to your uncle's funeral.

Delightful shot of your precious Max and Finn. The blues in this photo are dreamlike.
My sympathies to you, Pat, on the death of your last remaining uncle. I know he would understand your missing the funeral, and would be happy that you are enjoying time with family and creating wonderful memories.

That looks a fair way out there to the pontoon so good for Max! He will be a strong swimmer if he does this every day! Sad when the generation above us goes!
