Easter Monday & after the terrible weather we had yesterday we woke up to a much warmer & drier day, even some sunshine.
A lazy day with washing out & a couple of beds to change from the weekend.
Three good things:
1. I have spent the afternoon catching up on various recorded TV programmes so feel very lazy indeed!
2. Was able to pass on my email from a shop offering 20% off dresses.
3. I have eaten all the mini eggs sitting in a dish in the dresser, temptation all gone!
Love markets! lovely colours in this .heather came with a box milk tray..we have eaten most between all of us..couple left..will have tonight..then all gone
We've had days of clouds and very rainy Spring in N. CA. Nice to get the water, but so dreary. Your pic brightens my day! Tell about the three good things I've seen on this site...?
@stillwaters hi Renee, 3good things was started by Martha who posted on 365 when I first started a good few years ago now. Quite a few of us took it up but therecare only four of us still doing it as far as I can see @maggiemae @ sarah19, me & Steve whose 365 tag escapes me for now. Sometimes it's a struggle to think of one at all but it does concentrate the mind on our blessings.
A real flower market! The last time I saw something like this was in France! Not the same as a florist's shop. @stillwaters - Renee - putting 3 good things is just that - thinking about the good things in your day rather than the bad ones! Gratitude! I didn't buy any chocolate eggs so was not tempted!
Love the sunshine and color! And your three good things are great! I'm working on getting rid of the last of the Easter candy temptations in my house. :)
Nice glow on those gorgeous flowers - I like looking at them but as for smelling them.....achoo! That's sneeze territory for me. I reckon your 3rd good thing was an excellent choice too.
I often wonder if the cut flower sellers manage to sell all of their flowers. They don't have a very long lifespan do they for selling. The flowers I mean, not the sellers.
