Teepee by happypat

Teepee

We have a wedding event place near us & when there is an overflow from the house they put up a teepee like, we can see it from the road as we pass by. We were very interested to see the same teepee erected at the Westmorland Show all decked out in entertainment mode.
As you can see it has a very special & atmospheric feel to it, just right for a special event.

Three good things:
1. Harry's ear needed syringing & as they are reluctant to do it at the surgery we went to the Walk In Centre in Blackpool. What an amazing modern place on three floors, we were in & out in 15 minutes! Great service!
2. Tesco after dinner mints, so delicious!
3. A gift of some fresh salmon from our Scottish regular weekly B&B, we had it tonight with fried left over potatoes & salad.
I like the flower decorations all in a row.

This would have a lovely atmosphere inside with its pointed ceiling! Lots of flowers in vases nicely casual and not too arty. To continue the cost of fish - in our supermarket, blue cod is $NZ50/kilo! Thats 27 pounds!

@maggiemae wow that sounds expensive! Our Hake which we like best is £19 plus a kilo so we always wait until it's half price!

I love the flowers in milk bottles. Those 'Love' signs with the lights on it cost a fortune here to hire. All designed to make your wedding even more expensive than you first thought possible.

The simplicity of this venue is charming. I love the hay bales and old trunk which add to the overall effect.
