My daughter Cathy who is a podiatrist gave me a treat today, a hot wax foot treatment!
On a very very wet day nothing nicer than having hot wax brushed on your feet & then warm socks & a massage to remove the wax.
Here you can see us listening to a nessage from Jack who is working in Japan.
Not a very flattering look!
Three good things:
1. So many ways of pampering yourself these days, something my age group is very unused to.
2. We are learning to force ourselves to overcome the reluctance to have treats ha ha !,
3. My favourite winter raincoat out again for the first time this Autumn.
very nice... my sister in law is training for this.. she should finish this year
so nice to be pampered we have to tell our selves we deserve it ! young ones now treat at as the norm .
So nice to be pampered by a loved one.. extra special.. my favourite pamper treat is a hot stone massage... Devine.. . A bit sad have g to get out the winter coats .. I put away my heavy one but the shower proof jacket is still very handy...
Thank you all, 112mms of rain in the north west today so I think I spent part of it in the right place! Headache tonight which is very unlike me so a mass thank you I'm afraid! It's affected my vision a little!
@beryl thanks Beryl, I feel better now, took two paracetamol, a slight migraine feeling although I don't suffer from them. Couldn't see out if left eye very well, as if I had water in my eye, ok now but still a slight ache.
Oh lovely 😊 feet are so important. This sound like a lovely relaxing session.
Jack will have amazing stories from Japan. Culture so different to ours.....Laura and Iain were telling us lots of 'honeymoon in Japan' stories when they were home.
I smiled at No 2.....I know what you mean 😄
