I know you have to look closely to see him!
Not so many on the beach at Clevelys today. My friend & I walked along the prom after having lunch & a glass of wine. We parked up at the cinema & then walked back & watched Film stars don't die in Liverpool.
It was OK but I wouldn't enthuse over it like last weeks film.
Dot & I nodded off once or twice after that wine!
A bitterly cold wind kept us moving quickly. You can see the Lake District mountains in the distance.
Three good things:
1. It was dark in the cinema & no one would notice us shutting our eyes!
2. Someone called in with a brace of ducks today.
3. The way some people overcome disability, a concert pianist with only one hand on the One Show tonight.
It does look nice though a bit chilly looking ... haven't heard of that movie .. @dide and I went and saw 'Goodbye Christopher Robin' the other day .. it was excellent though a bit sad .. Kylie use to love Winnie the Pooh books ... though she called them 'Runny the Pooh.'...
How many ducks in a brace..?
@julzmaioro Christopher Robin will never die!!
I managed to enlarge this great seascape on my iPhone and could see the lone dog walker here. Where I am, if you see one dog walker, you will see dozens!
@julzmaioro v two I think, well we have two! Not sure if it's called a brace of ducks, I know you can have a brace of pheasants though. Haven't seen that movie over here, we could have watched Paddington bear, I think I might have preferred that.
So lovely and deserted except for the one man and his dog !! Sounds like a lovely day of good company, food wine cinema and snooze ( as long as you did not snore !! )
Ha - at least if you were nodding off in the movie, then you couldn’t have been told of for talking. A concert pianist with one hand would be amazing to see and hear.
