Sunday walk by the canal.

A walk with our daughter along the Lancaster canal. Our son in law was working so we took a circular route via the cafe at the agricultural college.
A bit if wind but not too bad a day although muddy underfoot.
Afterwards we went to look how the new extension was coming along, we hadn't seen it since before Christmas. The whole of their ground floor has been redesigned & it's so big, love the open plan kitchen
/living area.

Three good things:
1. Exercise when you are feeling lazy....surprising how soon you feel fresher!
2. Garlic bread!
3. Peppermint to get rid of the garlic smell & after taste!
