Some lovely photos from NZ overnight so I am cheating & using one of those for my photo today.
I have so many great photos buzzing down the line from Japan too, they would keep me going for ages but they aren't my photos to use.
However I couldn't resist this one, I might even use another one day when I'm stuck!
Finn loves baking with mum & Max & Finn both have one of these aprons I took over a couple of years ago.
This is the larder in their new house. They are popular in NZ as you keep all your baking stuff in there & when you're finished you just tidy up & close the doors. Keeps the main kitchen nice & tidy, this is only a corner of course.
Three good things:
1. A great bottle of mould remover we bought from Lakeland. I used it today & it's brilliant.
2. All the washing from three beds washed, dried outside & ironed by 3.30pm.
3. Rubber gloves.
Love his sheepdog/tractor apron just the thing to protect his clothing from all the fat and flour in baking -- He looks such a happy soul as he starts his baking -- I am sure you wish you were nearer Pat to sample the baking !! !
Adorable picture. Sometimes I cheat and use a grandchild picture taken by someone else because I love them so much but I only see them 3t Times a year.
BTW, I’m impressed you iron your bedding!
@allie912 Oh I have to Alison, I do B&B & use cotton sheets. It's ok though as I have one of those presses you can sit down & watch TV at the same time.
@allie912 These photos are very precious to,us too as four if our grandchildren live 12,000 miles away in NZ so we don't see that much of ours either. Photos, Skype, & all coo unication means are so vital. I don't think anyone minds us using photos that aren't ours! In my eighth year I can break the rules anyway! 😀
@happypat You and I are definitely on the same wave length. It must be really wrenching to be so far away. It is hard enough for us at 600 miles from each family.
BTW, I’m impressed you iron your bedding!
He looks very happy to be baking.
