Dot & I had lunch out today while her car was being cleaned & valeted.
We sat in the sun & chatted & then pottered round the shop.
I see a lot of this mustard colour in all shops, I like it but it does me no favours at all. http://www.daisyclough.com
A big day for Charlie's family tomorrow with the results of recent treatment & what The Christie Hospital & MCH recommend.
Three good things:
1. I called into Sainsbury's & managed to buy a whole section of Mackerel in Olive Oil. Harry has one tin a day when we can get it....the olive oil variety is hard to get for some reason, they always seem to be sold out.
2. A glorious late summer day.
3. The council have resurfaced the whole of the road between our nearest two villages.
Thank you all, I really like these colours here but wouldn’t pick them for my house. I’m more a greys, blues & warmer pinks perhaps. Mustard is a very trendy colour here at the moment but I could never wear mustard unfortunately, I look dreadful in it.
Such a beautiful woollen rugs etc , Like you , I am not a yellow person with mustard not so offensive but its a colour I can not or would not wear ! - I look like death warmed up in it !!

Fingers crossed for Charlie, a very trying time for all the family.
