A lazy Sunday spent in a lovely garden, me doing nothing much but others busy.
Ant putting up a chicken shed, boys on field bikes & making weird concoctions in bowls.
Riding horses, going for three new heifers to join the other seven & all the time me sitting in the garden reading my book.
I have read The Star Sister, the sixth book by Lucinda Riley & now started a book by Jo Jo Moyes, The Giver of Stars.
Sorry a bit absent at the moment.
Not a good thing but I’ve just noticed my face is as red as a beetroot with two white circles where my glasses have been. I never realised the hazy sun was so strong!
@maggiemae Ha ha maggie, that’s a good point...so happy just sitting reading! Not on a sight seeing trip this time just family stuff & fitting in with work & school. I know what you mean though, it’s sometimes hard work having visitors!
