Always good value the begonias have done really well this year.
I’m really tired tonight because for something reason I couldn’t sleep at all last night...still awake at 5.15 am...it was a very long night!
Three good things:
1. Harry has had his ear syringed.... money well spent.
2. Such beautiful last days of late summer ...sitting out in the garden again.
3. Athletics on TV.
@julzmaioro Thanks Julz....I might do just that...I have spells of not sleeping but last night was the worst...I’m trying to hang on till usual bedtime but it’s hard work.
Such a gorgeous soft colour and still full of flowers !So horrible not to be able to sleep at night - - if I can not go back to sleep I have found myself getting up , have a cuppa , and a game of scrabble (on line !) until the brains no longer work - then crawl back to bed and usually sleep - not the remedy for everyone I know . I always have a small dish of cedar-wood balls soaked in lavender oil on my bedside cupboard - I do not know if it helps - but I love the smell !
@beryl I get up too Beryl but even that didn’t work last night. I had two slices of toast & Marmalade at 5.30am then back to bed until 9.30 am . So three hours sleep in the end. I don’t mind but it’s such a long night! I have one of those sprays which is lovely too.....hopefully sleep tonight! X
I didn't sleep well last night either. Woke up with a headache about 2 am and had to get up to have a cuppa and Panadol and then after I went back to bed I had to get up again later to have a wee, ha ha.
@onewing Haha as we do....I think it’s a woman thing not sleeping....a Harry sleeps like a log every night even though he nods off during the day if he sits down!
