I cleaned all the inside of the windows today.
In the third floor bedroom I stood on some stepladders & tipped the Velux window round to wash the outside.
I liked the view so ran down to get my phone.
A little visitor there too!
Three good things:
1. We have signed the exchange contract!!
2. I have been behind cupboards & the washing machine etc. When we move next Friday it will be so much easier if it’s clean behind.
3. A charity picked up the sofa....International Aid.
@julzmaioro it’s past ready Julz. The two far fields are done but they used a different variety for the one you can see here & some to the right out of sight.
It’s well ready now but it’s been wet & they have been building another road so they can bring it off another way without going along the lane. I think they need to start in next couple of days before the weather breaks.
Ooh Pat what a wonderful view - I would often go up there to stand and stare , dreaming and musing !! You will miss the sight of this wonderful wide country side .. It's been quite nice day today after a cold start and I spent around an hour in the garden with Gary tyding up .
@phil_howcroft No it’s a wagtail Phil....we have loads of them swooping & diving all over the place at this time of the year. I waited ages camera in hand on the steps trying to catch one fly near the window, this was the best I could do.
Such a beautiful view Pat but you will get used to your new home. It takes a while I hated it when we lost our view but I found other advantages. You're a very positive person you'll be fine! Great work with the cleaning!
