Connie stayed for a couple of hours while Cathy helped Lydia give a final clean to the rental house they had in Lancaster.
She starts her new speech therapy job in Gateshead on Monday so new pad in Newcastle.
Connie was not really the best person to have around while cleaning so I popped up & brought her back to our house.
Connie went to her first obedience class yesterday evening...I think she was a bit hyper...she had been in all day as it was so wet so full of energy!
Three good things:
1. We had our flu jabs this morning.
2. Picked up all the interesting deeds & history of our new place from the solicitors today...there is a lot!
3. I ordered some new address labels from the stationers.
@joansmor No she was looking for Harry in the garden Joan...she would have liked to be out there too but we have to watch her as the hedge at the bottom isn’t too secure yet.
Love the intent look in her eyes. The collie very confused now Matt's living down the field.cos Matt's dog really.but spends most time here. We have made a gap in the hedge and putting gate in ..as we don't want him going down the entrance out the field to Matt's house..he is very unsure yet though about going to their house..course new baby too. he just stands up the field looking. Turns back and comes back up to ours
@brennieb Oh heck that sounds quite sad but I’m sure he has a fabulous home with you & John & when he gets used to it all he can nicely flit between the two houses!
Well done, you are making excellent progress. Cheering you on!
Hope you are settling in well.
