Sunday walk

Cathy, Jack & I took Connie for a walk by Grizedale Reservoir on the Trough of Bowland this morning.
Great for Connie as it’s well fenced either side so it keeps her mostly in sight. Lots of other dogs & walkers.
This moss covered wall was rather beautiful.

Three good things:
1. It was so good to get out after being stuck inside after a cold rainy few days.
2. The rest of the trifle!!😋
3. I walked to the bungalow this afternoon....all set for the rest of the roof to come off, the scaffolding is up in place. Will look so different by the end if the week. The first time today that I got the feeling of the size & space & could picture us living there.

Cathy has a whistle! Very impressive- I had one but it didn’t seem to work as Monty went completely deaf every time he picked up a scent!

@judithg Connie is pretty good & comes back for the whistle & she gets a treat. I have a whistle too & she comes into view when I use it but I must make her come right up to me properly. I saw it done right today!
