This is where we hang out when the sun is shining.
It’s the only space we have outside but in the afternoon when the sun comes round it’s quite nice.
Where I’m standing it’s a sort of bridle track with only the odd car driving past for access but it’s a people motorway!
Dogs & walkers coming past all day & you can see how near they pass by....a very sociable place!
Three good things:
1. Discussing good books on TV tonight. Between The Covers.
2. I am narrowing the field down for pendant lights in the kitchen.
3. Builders back tomorrow!
Such a tiny little space but suffice for the time being - you will not know what to do when you move to your new home and outdoor space - space to spread your wings !
It must be interesting seeing walkers passing by but you wouldn't want it all the time.
That is what I would have hated about owning a waterfront property here, people would be always walking past your property on a regular basis and there would be no privacy. I love our house just one block back from the beach and no passers-by looking in. We are not overlooked at all.
Oh all these choices for refurbishment...so many to choose from. Enjoy!
