The field we walk through with Connie is full of buttercups & she was bouncing & jumping among the flowers this morning.
There are cattle in both fields now but thankfully they were lying down at the far side of the field.
Connie had a good look but didn’t go near them. Normally the stock that’s in both these fields are very quiet & used to dogs but of course different ones each year so you never know.
Three good things:
1. We went to pick & buy our porch tiles this morning.
2. A friend brought her fish & chips round this evening...she brought us a helping of chips too to go with left over chicken!
3. The final screed over the underfloor heating today.
Such a happy face amongst the buttercups! And such a beautiful field! Delightful photo!
I'm not familiar with chios, but I'm thinking it must be Greek...and delicious.
Love this!! Something so special about fields of buttercups! I have a photo that Dad took of me in the middle of buttercup field over in the western Isles when he and I went over together one summer. Memories 💛💛
Connie does have a good life! She will be a model dog with the way Cathy is bringing her up and with you taking her for all these walks and being free.
