Just look at this lovely bowl! A beautiful house warming present for our new house. Every time I see this on our new breakfast bar I will think of our Scottish friends.
I met up with Sallie @sarah19 & her husband Allan this lunchtime on their way through from their visit to Devon.
Postponed from last week owing to circumstances but we all enjoyed lunch out in the shade in Great Eccleston & then a visit to the building site to check out our new pad.
Sallie & Allan were one of our first visitors at our original farmhouse b&b over 25 years ago & we have kept in touch ever since in fact she is the person responsible for introducing me to 365.
A really lovely day had by all except Harry was t well enough to take part…he’s not had a good day today…too hot I think.
Three good things:
1. Old friendships.
2. Beautiful gifts to treasure for ever.
3. The scaffolding is up for chimney repairs.
What a lovely gift.. So pleased you are feeling better and able to get out a bit more lets hope Harry bounces back so he can get back to hus regular self..

Hoping Harry starts feeling better soon. He's had a tough row to hoe with Covid on top of surgery...and the heat doesn't help. Sending good thoughts his way!!
