Lots of blossom around just now….always a pretty time of the year.
Three good things:
1. The sun came out this afternoon so we could sit in the garden.
2. Our niece came round with some chocolate birthday cake.
3. We managed to get the front of the oven door off. I had spilt fat down between the glasses but once I read the instruction book it was easy! Haven’t worked out yet how to take the side bits out yet….I’m vowing to keep the oven really clean & not get it on top of me!
Such a beautiful scene with all the trees in full blossom ! Yes certainly the prettiest time in the hedgerows and garden with all the Spring blossom ! fav
@busylady Yes it is Judith….we are still trying to tame it. Next for the chop or rather prune is that pink Camelia. Just coming to the end of its flowering.
@julzmaioro I have never really had to clean an oven much before as the Aga just burnt stuff off & kept itself clean. I’m trying to keep it new looking!!
We had the same problem - a stain on the inside of the window. Years later found out how to take the door off and separate the window glass. Ours is a pyrolytic oven and cleans itself - marvellous.
@maggiemae My daughter has one that does that maggie but we got the cheaper version as I didn’t want the one with no knobs….we were so pleased it was easy to separate the glass, I can even do it on my own!!
Stove cleaning is a real pain..
Your bright pink blossom is so beautiful!
